CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait - From top, Brig. Gen. Kenneth P. Ekman, incoming 9th Air Expeditionary Task Force-Levant commander, salutes Lt. Gen Joseph T. Guastella, U.S. Air Forces Central commander, during the 9 AETF-L change of command at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, April 20, 2020.
