French soldiers with the French Task Force and Iraqi soldiers with the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) conduct a medical situational training exercise during a visit from Deputy Commander of stability, Combined Joint Task Force‐Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF‐OIR) U.K. Maj. Gen. Christopher Ghika. CJTF‐OIR and its ISF partners are focusing to ensure the ISF are resilient and self‐sustaining in recruiting, training, equipping and managing their developing force.
