Coalition forces, assigned to the 115th Field Hospital, Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) conduct a mass casualty exercise at Erbil Air Base, Iraq, Oct. 2, 2025. CJTF-OIR practiced mass casualty scenarios to help train military medical personnel and hospital staff by stressing resources and training efficiency to their maximum to ensure readiness in the event of a real disaster.
