footage shot over the course of validation in December 2019. This video introduces the
unit, and begins the story of one element’s validation to pursue raids against Daesh. The
Qwat al-Khasah is an elite fighting force that specializes in raids, seizing, clearing and
holding terrain for limited durations and conducting reconnaissance, counter-insurgency
