The Italian Task Force Carabinieri recently conducted bomb disposal training, as well as the first Cultural Heritage Protection course for Iraqi Federal Police. In addition, Italian Task Force Carabinieri concluded its first cycle of C.A.P.T. (Carabinieri Advanced Police Training) Course for the “Sniper Battalion” of the Iraqi Federal Police, which led to the final classification and graduation of 48 trained Iraqi police. Italy is part of a ‪#‎Coalition‬ of more than 60 international partners that has united to assist and support the Iraqi Security Forces to degrade and defeat ‪#‎Daesh‬. This unity between Coalition partners has contributed to Iraq’s significant progress in halting Daesh's momentum and in some places reversing it.
