Australian soldiers with Task Group Taji, brief Iraqi soldiers enrolled in the Junior Leaders Course, on the dismounting procedures for the M113 Armored Personnel Carrier during a bounding training exercise at Camp Taji, Iraq, Feb. 6, 2016. The exercise allowed trainers to evaluate the Iraqi soldiers’ combat maneuvering techniques. Training at the building partner capacity sites is an integral part of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve’s multinational effort to train Iraqi security force personnel to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). A coalition of regional and international nations have joined together to defeat ISIL and the threat they pose to Iraq, Syria, the region and the wider international community.
