SOUTHWEST ASIA - This week's building partner capacity update features photos of Forsvaret (Royal Danish Army) conducting marksmanship training for Iraqi Security Forces at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, and Bundeswehr (German) soldiers conducting counter-IED training for Peshmerga forces near Erbil, Iraq. Training at the building partner capacity sites is an integral part of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve’s multinational effort to train Iraqi Security Force personnel to defeat the Daesh (an Arabic acronym for ISIL.)
