Building Partner Capacity Graphic
This week's building partner capacity graphic features photos from Peshmerga defense tactics training taught by Bundeswehr trainers in Erbil, Iraq; and Law of Armed Conflict training taught by Australian Army forces with Task Force Taji at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq.

In addition to conducting training to generate forces to fight Daesh -- represented in 'Total Trained' on the graphic -- the building partner capacity program also provides professional development courses for those forces. This week, Iraq army soldiers graduated a Junior Leadership professional development course at Al Asad. This course includes training modules ranging from instruction in medical, navigation and physical training through to marksmanship and urban operations.
