SOUTHWEST ASIA - Lt. Gen. Charles Brown, Jr., the Combined Forces Air Component commander for Operation Inherent Resolve, briefed reporters Feb. 18, 2016, that Coalition members supporting Inherent Resolve are conducting the most precise air campaign in history and are able to degrade Daesh capabilities anytime and anywhere.
