Vincent Coste (center), the director of DICE, brief Ambassadorial representatives and aides from multiple Coalition countries about the importance of finding solutions for successfully repatriating individually displaced persons from IDP camps in Iraq and northeast Syria during a meeting June 27, 2022, at Union III forward operating base, in Baghdad, Iraq. The meeting also enabled the DICE team to update the embassy representatives on the current programs and future plans for Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve’s (CJTF-OIR) advise, assist and enable mission and the Coalition’s role in helping our partners create security and stability in the region.
